Shop Hours: by appointment - just call ahead of when you want to come.
Welcome to Carrico's Creative Corner where I love to share yarns and all the ways to create that something special
My name is Pamela Carrico and I have been in the yarn and knitting machine business since 1979. Because of my recent retirement from full time employment elsewhere, I have new shop hours but still by appointment because my shop is in the country just outside of Bartlesville. As the shop is part of my home, I am very flexible with the appointments. (I have been known to sell yarn late into the evening and chat through knitting problems on the phone even later). The shop is open for appointments 12:00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Friday (mornings for errands) Saturdays 9:00am to 9:pm; Sunday I am open from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
I believe in quality and variety in the yarns I sell. I offer Plymouth yarns, Trendsetter Yarns, Berroco yarns, STWC yarns, Misti Alpaca Yarns, Cascade, Yarns, Tamm Yarns, Recycled Sari Silk by Frabjous Fibers, Millor Yarns, and many other yarns on cones, in balls or skeins/hanks.
I am a dealer/instructor for Silverreed and Taitexma Knitting Machines and offering used brother knitting machines also. I give hands-on lesson with all machines I sell. I also offer sweater blocking & finishing for people who love to knit but don't like this part of their projects.
There is a monthly knitting machine club for inspiration sharing of ideas between friends at which anyone interested in learning knitting and fabric making is invited to
attend. Also there is a Thursday evening
get-together of kntting friends (6:00 pm to 9pm)
for hand-knitters and crocheters.
I invite everyone to a Knit & Crochet for
Charity get-together on Sundays from
2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Email me and I will send you a PDF of the
directions to my shop.

Something fun for a little one. I call it my Skittles Jacket because of the colors of the Encore Colorspun yarn. Found fun ladybug buttons for it also. It is the machine knit version of the Elizabeth Zimmerman surprise baby jacket.
